No matter how well designed or perfectly executed an installation may be, if the job is not completed on time or within the budget, it is not considered satisfactory. This makes our estimators and project managers critical to every Lantek project.
During the planning and design stage, our estimators can provide owners and general contractors with budget estimates, conceptual pricing, suggestions for cost efficiency and competitive bids based on detailed estimates.
Here, computerized estimating and job costing records are used extensively for even greater efficiency and accuracy.
Our estimators also work closely with architects, engineers, manufacturers representatives and suppliers to promote better teamwork.
TRAINING

Each employee is required to attend our private training program. We teach the latest Structured Cabling and Audio/Video technologies, installation methods and customer service skills. Lantek Communications, Inc. believes that a comprehensive training program is the key to obtaining quality. Lantek Communications, Inc. has adopted its own 24 step training program to educate technicians regarding BICSI and structured cabling standards. Training Classes are held on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month.
InfoComm International is the leading voice promoting the audiovisual industry. InfoComm provides information about the AV industry to the public, including students, jobseekers and more, communicates outreach opportunities to members, testifies before state legislatures, provides information on the industry to Congress, disseminates industry statistics and more. Through Lantek's continuing education credits, employees are encouraged to pursue all levels of CTS Certification.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Lantek Communications, Inc. adopts a dynamic, innovative and participative approach to its Structured Cabling and Audio/Video Solutions. Our Project Management team will be completely involved in your project from the first kickoff meeting to the final customer sign-off.
